We’re part of a trusted family law group that includes Mediate UK (the UK’s largest private family mediation service) and Family Law Service. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with HMCTS or any government body. With a background in mediation, communications and client care, Jess has developed tools, resources and client journeys that empower families to feel supported and confident in their decisions.
Lee Simons
Law Practitioner
Lee is a family law practitioner based in the South East, specialising in supporting litigants in person through the family court system. With over five years of family law experience and a 30-year background in military and law enforcement service. Lee has personally attended hundreds of family court hearings. He is currently undertaking his Chartered Legal Executive qualification.
Lucy Nord-Harper
Paralegal
Lucy is a qualified paralegal specialising in the preparation of consent orders and court documentation for financial remedy proceedings. She has successfully prepared hundreds of consent orders that have been approved by the court. Her meticulous approach has resulted in a high approval rate, with the vast majority of her consent orders approved at first submission.
Emma Kirkland
Solicitor
Emma is a family law specialist at DFA Law, one of our trusted legal partners. With nearly two decades of experience in family law since 2006 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2012. Emma is a Resolution member and Law Society accredited Family Law specialist. She has served as a Domestic Abuse Champion for Oxfordshire since 2018.

Chris is a non-practising family solicitor and accredited family mediator with substantial experience supporting separating families across London. Chris is an FMCA accredited family mediator with the Family Mediation Council and a Resolution member.
